Model 201
|
The Zim Pulsar 201 Spray
gun is designed specifically for the high volume production user. Deluxe
features include variable spray nozzle with jewel tip for finer, more
controlled spray.
Utilizes improved high pressure pump design so that the
Pulsar 201 can be used with a wider range of solvents
without clogging. High impact, electrically safe housing
for light weight, fatigue-free use.

The Pulsar 201 Spray Gun
is available with three options:
1. The Pulsar 201A Air Dryer Kit. Easy to operate lever
allows you to control the air blast and spray in one motion.
Operate the air dryer and sprayer separately or at one
time. Filters and regulators are available to maintain
45-115 psi, using in-plant air supply.
2. The Pulsar Reel. Takes the weight of the spray gun without limiting
the freedom of movement.
3. The Pulsar Syphon Tube. Use with large volume containers for extended
production use.
Use the Pulsar 201 with Zim-Pic Spotting Fluid for best results with
textiles and garments, and Zim-Pic Special with plastisol-based screenprinting
inks.

2001
|
The Zim
Pulsar 2001 Spray gun gives you fast spot cleaning of
textile stains and spots at a budget price. Lightweight,
high impact case reduces operator fatigue and is electrically
safe. The Pulsar 2001 variable spray nozzle allows you
to set the spray pattern you need, from soft mist to fine
hard jet.
Use the Pulsar 2001 with Zim-Pic Spotting Fluid for best
results with textiles and garments, and Zim-Pic Special
with plastisol-based screenprinting inks.

Model K-51
|
Economically priced!
Removes grease, oil, and plastisol stains!
Safe for most fabrics!
The Zim model K-51 offers all the advantages of the Pulsar
101 at an economical price. The K-51 comes with a Jet
Head nozzle that provides sufficient pressure to remove
cured plastisol ink, grease, oil, and other industrial
stains. The housing is durable, lightweight aluminum.

Options available for
the K-51 are:
Adjustable nozzle which gives you a mist or jet stream, an air dryer
kit that enables you to dry the cleaning fluid instantly, and a direct
feed tube that allows use from a large container of fluid.

Air Dryer

Use your in-plant air
supply to speed spot cleaning drying time. Easy-to-operate side lever
allows you to control air blast and spray in one motion. You can operate
the air dryer and spray separately or at the same time for faster
production.

Syphon Tube
|
The Zim Pulsar Syphon
Tube is a direct feed attachment which replaces the reservoir container
with a plastic tube which can be inserted into large-volume containers
of spot cleaning solvent. No more refill interruptions = faster production.
Special back-flow valve keeps fluid instantly available at the touch
of a button.

Pulsar Reel
|
The Zim Pulsar Reel attaches
quickly and easily to your spot-cleaning spray gun to reduce operator
fatigue and to increase output efficiency. The Pulsar Reel will also
keep the gun from falling and becoming damaged.

Pulsar
Support
|
The Pulsar Support is to be used when your
ceiling is too high. It will enable you to hang a Pulsar Reel and Pulsar
Cleaning Gun in a working position, and keeps the sprayer always at
your cleaning station.

Conevac
|
The Cone-Vac vacuum features
a silent centrifugal fan that exhausts solvent fumes from
the working area. The tapered sleeve allows for easy cleaning
of all types of garments. The Cone-Vac system cuts spot
cleaning time in half, thus increasing productivity of
the user.

Vacutex
|
The Pulsar
Vacutex vents the solvent odors away from the work area,
providing a safe environment. Two cleaning screens are
designed to accommodate all types of garments and applications.
The Pulsar Vacutex features lightweight, high-impact construction
and stainless steel cleaning systems. Must be adapted
to your exhaust motor.

Vacutex-X
Same base work station as the Vacutex, with a powerful 1/3
horsepower exhauster with a foot pedal switch. The powerful
motor effectively vents solvent fumes from the work area.
